Who's trusted

Built in: Vietnam's 9 national root certificates and 85 licensed CAs (VNPT-CA, Viettel-CA, FPT-CA, BKAV-CA, MISA-CA, CA2 and others) published by NEAC at rootca.gov.vn, plus the Government Cipher Committee's (Ban Cơ yếu Chính phủ) 2 roots for state agencies' signatures. A company's own internal CA needs its certificate added below.

Also trust a certificate (.cer, .crt, .pem)

Not checked: whether a certificate was revoked (cancelled) by its CA, since that needs an online lookup. For high-value documents, also confirm with the issuing CA.
