Who we are
Cynergi (UEN 202416411C) runs Cynergi Tools. For any privacy question or request, email info@cynergi.io.
Your files and data stay on your device
Most tools run entirely in your browser. The files, text and numbers you use in them are processed on your device and are never uploaded to us.
Each tool's page shows where its data goes, in its “How this tool handles your data” card. When a tool works differently, that card says so before you start.
What reaches our servers
To show you the site, your browser downloads pages and files from our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS). Like any website, this involves your IP address and technical details of each request, which AWS uses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and may keep for a limited time.
Some tools download public data from us, such as published bank exchange rates. Those requests don't include anything you entered.
We don't use cookies, advertising or analytics trackers, and you don't need an account.
Mail Merge and Gmail
Mail Merge can send the emails you prepared from your own Gmail or Google Workspace account, if you choose “Send with Gmail”.
Google then asks whether Cynergi Tools may “send email on your behalf” (the gmail.send permission). That is the only Google permission we ask for. It lets the page send emails; it can't read, search or delete anything in your mailbox, and we don't receive your Google profile.
Google gives the permission to the page in your browser tab. It lasts about an hour, stays only in that tab's memory, and is never sent to or stored on Cynergi's servers. It's removed when you sign out, clear the session or close the tab, and you can remove it at any time in your Google Account.
The page sends each email you reviewed directly from your browser to Google. Cynergi never receives, stores or reads your emails, your recipient list, your attachments, or any data from your Google account.
We don't use data from Google for advertising, don't sell it or transfer it to anyone, don't use it to train AI models, and no person at Cynergi can read it.
Cynergi Tools' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep data
We keep no copies of the files, text or emails you use in the tools, because they never reach us.
Your rights
Because we don't store your content, there is usually nothing about you for us to give back or delete. For any question or request, email info@cynergi.io; we reply within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its date.
